One can maintain health and beauty simultaneously with good excersice and timely food routine.Have a brisk walk or workouts regularly.Have your breakfasts from 7am to 9am and make sure you have your food like a king .take 3hrs gap and have salards and lunch from 12pm to 2pm,eat like a normal man and again after 3 hrs have some salards and at night complete your food by 8pm that is 3hrs before sleep and eat like a beggar.
